Access to and use of the 8bet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously and continuously throughout your use of the service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 8bet operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage access. Age verification may be requested at any point and failure to provide it will result in account suspension.

• You must not already hold an active or suspended 8bet account. Each individual is entitled to one account only. If you have previously been suspended from 8bet, you are not eligible to create a new account.

By completing registration, you confirm that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. 8bet accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods available to Pakistani residents:

The minimum deposit on 8bet is Rs 200. There is no upper limit applied by 8bet to the amount you may deposit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits which are outside 8bet's control.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the identity information on your 8bet account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other person — are not permitted and will be returned to the source account. Any account balance derived from third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.

8bet does not charge processing fees on deposits. Any fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside 8bet's control and are not covered or reimbursed by the platform. Deposit transactions are typically reflected in your 8bet account balance within minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash.

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. 8bet is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Verification requirement: Before your first withdrawal, or following a significant change in your deposit behaviour, 8bet may request identity verification. • Matched accounts: Withdrawals can only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your 8bet account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not processed under any circumstances.

The following general principles apply across all games and betting markets on 8bet:

• Settled results are final. Once a game round has concluded and the result has been processed by the game system, that result cannot be reversed except in the case of a documented system or provider error. 8bet does not alter game results under any other circumstances.
• Technical interruptions. If your internet connection drops mid-round in a crash game where no auto cashout was set, the bet remains active and will settle according to the game outcome. • Sports betting voids. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one 8bet account, regardless of the device, payment method, or identity used.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account for any purpose on 8bet.

8bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected rule violation, 8bet will investigate and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation confirms a breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited entirely. If the investigation clears the account of wrongdoing, full access and any withheld funds will be restored.

Any verified withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment account within the standard processing window. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

All content, design elements, graphics, software, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property visible on the 8bet platform are the property of 8bet or its licensed game providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 8bet platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of 8bet.

The 8bet name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised commercial use of these trademarks is prohibited and may be pursued legally.
